Glass features in a variety of techniques
When this new UK building was planned a large number of interior artworks were proposed. We acted as consultants to coordinate the proposed glass artworks in the design and manufacture stages. The work involved custom-designed lettering carved into two large glass screens, an edge-lit glass bulkhead in the library, and an original version of the Magna Carta, including the royal seal, that we interpreted for the Library doors in slumped and sandblasted glass. Finally, the UK Supreme Court logo was carved and hand-painted on a large two metre square wall-mounted panel.
